DENOUNCED BY MR. WHITELAW REID. Received 28, 0.35 a.m. London, November 27. Mr. VVhitelaw Reid, American Ambassador, speaking at a Thanksgiving Say banquet in London, emphasised America's peace-loving relations and denounced the mischief-makers' tireless industry and ingenuity, with Japan in particular. It would, he remarked, soon be seen how .linn was the concert of action and how ridiculous and childish were the pretences about discord. He added that the changes in China involved nJ peril to America's long-established friendship.
