A tremendous sensation has been caused in Paris by the arrest ol Ma* dame Stciphel for complicity in the murders of"3oth May, when her husband and the latter's mother wwe louad murdered in a studio, Madame Steinhel being herself bound. She confessed that her numerous unfounded versions of the circumstances in connection with the murder were given for the purpose of shielding some personage whose ar-est would astound France.
