EFFECT OF BRITISH QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS. Received 22, 4.25 p.m. London, November 21. ' The Armour Company's London agents state that the quarantine regulations will probably decrease the United Statas' shipment of meat by 25 per cent. An immediate rise in price is unlikely, as the market is now very well supplied.
