EXPLOSION IN A MINE.
400 MINERS ENTOMBED. ' Berlin, November 12. ■ 'An explosion of firedamp occurred, at Badbod mine at llamm, Westphalia. Four hundred miners were entombed. Only thirty - six have been rescued, and all of these are injured. The fate of the rest is unknown, ■RESCUE OPERATIONS BLOCKED. 320 PERISH. ! Received 13, 10.54 p.m. I Berlin, November IS. The spread of flames stopped tire search for the entombed miners at Badbod. Three hundred and twenty have perished.
