AUCKLAND HARBOR BOARD. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At this afternoon's meeting- ol the Auckland Harbor Board it was reported that the special standing committee had decided that the Bank of New Zealand be authorised to undertake the flotation of t(ic first issue of £250,000 of the one million loan authorised under tlu» Act passed during the late session of Parliament.

Kerwick, Moreing and Co. control 17 of the leading mines in Western Australia, besides mines in Victoria,. Queensland. New Zealand and elsewhere.
