At a meet ing held here to-night as a demonstration against (he restoration o! licenses, a motion was passed unanimously expressing graliljeation at the pronounced success of No License in Oaniaru, as seen in the decrease oi arrests for drunkenness and the decreased consumption of lh|Uor, and urging voters to conlirm the resolution at Hie ensuing poll.
