THE COLOR PROBLEM.
DISCUSSION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. Received 6th, 8.50 p.m. I London, November 0. In the House of Commons, Colonel Seely, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, replying to Sir Gilbert Parker, said no advantage would result llirouign summoning an Imperial Conference to discuss the migration ,of colored racis within the Empire, including the autonomous Crown colonies, or to consider the possibility of establishing a community of colored fellow subjects in a part of the Empire where no objection was raised to them. Colonel Seely added that the whole question was receiving the fullest attention, and no rcpre- [ sanations had been received from the Premiers of the autonomous colonies.
