For greater safety the bullion of the National Bank is being taken from Belgrade (which is only separated from Austria by the Danube river) to Krrgujevitch (about fifty miles to t'ao| south). The. bulk stoies and munitions| of the general army staff are also being taken there. The Servian troops on the frontier near Bosnia are being reinforced. | A great demonstration is being organised at Belgrade to celebrate King Edward's birthday. Austrian troops are digging trenches along Hie Servian frontier.
