BRITISH LICENSING BILL.
EMPLOYMENT OF BARMAIDS, Received 3, 10,15 p.m. London, November 3. The Premier (Mr. Asquith) has decided to prohibit, under the Licensing Bill, the employment of barmaids, despite the dissatisfaction of the temperance advocates and Labor members.
