Mr. Taft declares that the issue of the Presidential election is whether the trusts are to be regulated by the Republicans or extirpated under Bryan. The people must choose the method of revising the tariff and decide whether they should maintain a home market for American products, giving labor proper rewards, or cripple the industries bv tariff reductions regardless of the difference in wages at home and abroad. Mr. Bryan declares the great issue to be, Shall the people rule?
