The returns for the general elections arc not yet complete, but those received sliow that Sir Wilfrid Laurier's Government is returned with a decreased following. On the eve of the election, Mr. Murphy, the new Secretary of State, issued an order that employees of the Government Printing Bureau should 'hereafter receive a fortnight's holiday annually.
