ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

Mr. Worthington. aged 32, an insurance agent, was driv ing with Mr. L. Mcjvilvie in m,. kiUt's car on the Bulls road, when tire steering gear went wrung <iiid uie car ran oil the road. Mr. Worihington wad thrown out and hail Jiis week or ■ba<rk broken. He was killed instantly. He leaves a widow and three children. Only a lew months ago the same eat collided with a horse, killing the animal and causing injury to several of the occupants of the car.
INQUEST. Marton, Last Niglit. An inquest touching the death of L. Worthington, who was killed in a motor ear accident near Bulls last night, opened before the District Coroner at Bulls to-day. After taking evidence ol the post mortem examination, showing that the neck was broken, Sergeant Bowden applied for an adjournment MS next Monday, which was granted.
