Isvolsky .that Servia asks for a strip twelve miles broad, bounded by Nowbazar on the one side and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the other, forming ft Buffer between Austria and Turkey, joining up Montenegro, and giving Servia an outlet to the Adriatic. Montenegro also seeks an extension of her territory. MONTENEGRO AND SERVU. AN ALUANOEAHRANGED.
Received 20, 10.22 a.m. Belgrade, October 26. At a banquet in honor of M. Vukolitcli, the Montenegrin Envoy to Servia, the Servian -Minister for Finance, in toasting the health of Prince Nicholas of Montenegro and King Peter of Servia, announced that an alliance had been arranged between Servia and Montenegro with a view'to national defence. BULGARIAN -TURKISH RELATIONS. Received 20,10.22 p.m. Constantinople, October 28. Kiamil Pasha, Prime Minister of Turkey, interviewed, said the Turko-Bul-gariau negotiations were progressing, and added that now that SI. Dimitrnd and M. Stoyanovitch had returned to Sofia, he hoped for new developments. Perhaps Prince Ferdinand himself would come to Constantinople to continue the negotiations. WOMEN UP IN ARMS. Received 27, 1.12 a.m. Belgrade, October 20. The Women's League, at a meeting at Belgrade, appealed to the women of Britain, France, and Russia for assistance, and also advocated the boycotting of Austrian goods. A crowd of 20,000 afterwards ovatioired the British, Turkish, Freud oad Russian Legations and the Crown Prince Nikotioh, , , PRESS ATTACKS ON BRITAIN. Vienna, October 25. Bitter attacks are made oh Britain by the Press of Vienna. Some papers accuse Britain of bribing the Young Turk Party by means of loans to accept tho British view that tie present disputes should be settled by a conference and to' break off the direct negotiation with Austria. The difficulty of bringing about an agreement between Austria and Turkey mainly arises from Austria's reluctance to take over that part of the Turkish debt which falls on Bosnia.
