LICENSING BILL.
PROVISION FOR A TWO-THIRDS ; MAJORITY. Received 21, 9.35 pan. ' London, Ootober 21. In the House of Qommoos, the Government's amendment to clause 3 of the Licensing Bill was adopted by a majority of 160. It provides for a two-thirds majority for local veto purposes after the end of the time limit.
