Tile Times says the problem confrontImperial statesmen is tlie reconciliation of the growing forces of nationalism in tlhe autonomous dominions -with the principle of common aims and common action in crucial questions affecting the Empire as a whole. The Times advises Imperial statesmen to acquaint themselves at first hand with the feelings and ambitions of the colonies.
