QUEENSLAND BANK TRAGEDY
A YOUNG MAN. ARRESTED. TRACKED BY THE POLICE. Received 20, 11.45 p.m. Brisbane, Last Night. A young man named Ross lias be-jn arrested in connection with the murder of Muir at Layndar on Sunday night. Two civilians shadowed Ross. While one was absent bringing the police, Ross bolted to the bush. The police tracked and arrested him. A revolver and a large knife were found in his possession.
