CHOLERA OUTBREAK. Brisbane, October 10. According to reports brought by tlTc Japanese mail steamer the outbreak of cholera at Manila is very bad. It is estimated that there are as many as a hundred deaths per day among the natives.

Consideration of the Murray waters question was renewed at a conference of the Premiers of Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia, which commenced on Saturday. OPIUM SEIZED. Melbourne, October 19. The Customs Department seized four cases marked "curios," which arrived by the steamer Aldenham. These were found to contain oyer £IOOO worth of i opium.
