NORFOLK ISLAND.
A POPULAR ACQUITTAL. Sydney, October 10. Advices from Norfolk Island state that John F. Young, a member of the! Executive Council, was acquitted of a charge of being an accessory before the fact to the stealing of the copper boiler of Abe Bounty. A demonstration of rejoicing followed the trial, the Islanders singing the National Anthem.
