Recently a series of burglaries have been committed in the Teuiplctou district, stores being entered and goods stolen. As a result of investigations made detectives visited Islington today and secured a quantity of the stolen property in the possession 'of .two men, one an Australian and the other a recent arrival from South Africa. The motor garage of Dexter and Crozier was burglariously entered yester* day and several gold medals from a trophy case stolen.
