WORKERS AGREE TO A REDUCTION ! IX WAGES. Received 12, 11.3 p.m. London, October 12. A conference of the executives of the Spinners and Cirdroom Hands Unions at 1-aneasliire decided to accept a- 5 per rent, reduction at an early date and to leview the whole position three months later. The Masters' Federation meets to-day.
It is expected the lock-out will now terminate.
