GOVERNOR HASKELL RESIGNS. New Vork, September 27. Governor Haskell mis resigned the Treasuivrship of the Democratic National Committee and the Governorship of Oklaliama. Received 28, 10.40 p.m. New York, September 28, Mr. Bryan, Democratic candidate for the Presidency, has written to President Roosevelt denouncing his 'partisan use of the President's ollice in order to gain, a party advantage and advance the interests of ibis personal friends and political protege. Mr. Rryau declares that no word or act of his can justify President Roosevelt's partisan accusations.
