Summonses have been obtained by tin' Federal Crown Solicitor against the lliiihhirt-IPurker Company for having refused to answer questions put to them under the Anti-Trust Act. The questions had reference to the alleged coil vend agreement between the coalownevs and the steamship companies. The case will be heard on Monday.
CLAIM AGAINST THE UNION COY. Melbourne, September 25. In the action I'ear v. the Union Steamship Co., claiming £SOO damages for injuries caused by a fall into the hold on the Malieno, the jurv awarded plaintiff £250.
