FACILITATING THE SALE OF FROZEN MEAT. Received 20, 4.40 p.m. London, August 1(1. Mr. C'oghlan, Agent-Genera] for New South Wales, submits to the Refrigerating Congress at Paris a monition expressing the opinion that in order to reduce the cost of living to workers and to promote international trade, the regulations hampering the introduction of frozen and chilled produce and storage, distribution and sale of produce in any country should be modified or abolished.
