London, September IV". The Associated Chambers of Commerce condemned the Miner.,' Light llours Bill. The Congress urged tile Covcrninent to endeavor to eater into n special treaty of commerce with France involving much lower import duties in the French colonies. It was also resolved that the Oovemmcnt should try to obtain the abolition or reduction of hostile foreign tariffs.
