A LEADING LAD IS DISGUST. New York, September 10. Airs. William Aitor, oil retiring from her position as leader of New York society, declared that the manners of most "of the Senators and members of the House of Representatives were too uncouth to permit of their reception in the best houses. She severely iondvnmed the cirrus pranks adopted by ~ section of smart society entertainers.
