A report o! a select committee of the House of Lord* and tho House oi Commons recommends the making of the Lotteries Act applicable, to the printing and circulating of lottery circulars and advertisements also making illegal any entrance teen or sale of coupons in connection with prize competitions in newspapers and periodicals.
