LOWCARTH. Thirteen shareholders of the Lowgnrtii Dairy Coiiupimy, Ijtd., wore present at the annual general meeting 011 Thursday, Mr. .13. Cooker, chairman of directors, presiding. Stanford, Wright, and Gray were elected dirc4oi>. and Mr. A. Coleman was appointed auditor. The late chairman, Mr. (!. Croots, and the present chairman, Mr. B. Hooker, were voted honorariums for their services, and bonuses were also voted to the secretary and the manager. Tli directors were recommended to purchase butter for the use of suppliers. At the directors' meeting Mr. 13. Booker was re-elected chairman.
