TIIE REAL ENEMIES OF HOME RULE. STRAIGHT TALK FROM JOHN REDMOND. Received 10, 11.40 p.m. London, September 10. Mr. John Redmond, speaking at Watcrford prior to sailing for New York, said that unless the Government fulfilled their pledges they would epeedlly find Ireland ungovernable. Compulsory powers were absolutely necessary to secure a complete settlement of the land question, but unless Irishmen relinquished personalities and concentrated all their energies on a united effort for reform, their demands would not be eonceded, Irene's like that at Newcastle and Westmere were a discredit and a and sooner than again participate in such internecine strife he would quit Irish polities altogether. He added that the only human agency capable oi seriously delaying the realisation of the hope of Home Rule was the disscntioß among themselves.
