MARINE COURT'S FINDING. Received 10, UJS p.m. Sydney, Last Night. The Court foiuid that the Colac-Pare-ora collision oil '2oth August wan dug to Captain Jolilfe, muster of the Ool*c, steering a wrong course, and Captain Downie, master of the Pareora, starboarding when the collision was imminent. Both will bo requested to show cause why their certificates should not be suspended.
