WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-day:—Moderate to strong northerly winds, with fine weather, at places northward of Napier and New Plymouth, but from the westward elsewhere, probably with rain.
