NEW RAILWAY ASKED FOR. .Wellington, Last Jiignc. A deputation from tilie lvimboltonApiti Railway League waited upon the Minister of Railways (the Hon. W. Hall-Joifijs) to ask for an extension of the railway service to Kiinbolton and Apiti. The Minister, in the course of his reply, said that next year would be a convenient time to consider the matter, as some four or five lines now in hand would be completed. The caso made out by the deputation would be brought before Cabinet.
