DIVORCE COURT.
By Telegraph.--Press Association. Invereargill, Thursday. In the divorce case Malcolm MacDonahl v. Phyllie Mac Donald and Murdoch Mclvor the jury awarded £250 damages. The parties were married in l«8!l and there were four children. A short time ago the wife received £4OOO under her father's will and left for Tasmania, where she is now living with .Mclvor, who was a farmer at Otaulau, Duacdin.
