NAVAL GOVERNORS.
ANOTHER FOR NEW SOUTH WALES. Received 2, 0.16 p.m. London, September 2. The Pall Mall Gazette says that the appointment of a naval officer to the Governorship of New South Wales has proved such a signal success that it it rumored Sir D. Bosanquct succeeds Sir Henry Rawson. The paper adds that be is likely to continue the good relations established by Sir Henry Rawson, Moreover, his wife is a perfect hostess.
