EGYPTIAN DEPUTATION SNUBBED IN TURKEY. TRIBUTE TO BRITAIN'S WORK. Received 2, 0.15 p.m, Constantinople, September 1. The Egyptian Nationalists' deputation at Constantinople is endeavoring to interest the newspapers and the young Turks iu their movement. They are meeting with failure, there being no disposition to embarras Britain. The papers assert that Egypt has had virtual freedom for twenty years. The newspaper Ikdaiu publishes ft' warm appreciation of Lord Cromer's work in Egypt.
