CRICKET.
INVITATIONS UNACCEPTED. Received 30, 8.7 p.m. London, -August 20. The South African Cricket Association states that it is unable to entertain an invitation to visit Australia during the coming season. The chief reason assigned is that there is not sufficient time to organise a representative team. The Marylebonu Club lias written regretting its inability to send a team to South Africa during the coming season.
