Despite the firmness, American buyers ale quite demoralised by the early abundance of the harvest of Canada, and in anticipation of free shipments thence sellers a firm. In view of the statistical position. I prices are nominally unchanged; 38s l>.l is asked for Australian August and September shipments, and 38s (id and 39s (id for spot. Flour is dull of trade; 25s to 25s (id is the ruling London price, and 27s in Glasgow. Butter.—The market is quiet and unchanged. Copper—Spot, £6O los; three month £Ol 10s. Tin Spot, £133 Ts 8d; three months, £134 2s 6d. Lead, £l3 7s 6d. Spelter, £l9 2s 6d. Iron is unchanged. Silver, 23 13-I6d.
Sugar Flat; German Os sd, first marks lis 7d. Wool—The Bradford wool market is quiet. Prices are unchanged. The undertone of the market is firm. Rabbit-skins—At the rabbit-skin sales ,1990 bundles were offered. The bu'.k was sold, the skins meeting with good competition at the best prices of last sales. Poorly-furred and runners were unchanged.
