Wellington, last Night. ■Wife assertion at Hobart was 'the ground of a divorce obtained this morning by Jessie Foreman against William i'iiomas Foreman, portrait-painter Th» case was partially heard by Mr. Justice Cooper yesterday, and adjourned until to-day for further uvidenee. His Honor held that the fact of desertion stood upon Mrs. Foreman's evidence, that she had not been supported by lier husband, nor lived with him for live years.
