Svolsky, Russian Minister of Foreign /fiir W. Goschen, British Ambassador at Berlin, and others at a luncheon at Marienbad. The King afterwards conversed separately with M. Clemenceau and M. Svolsky. , The Morning Post's Vienna correspondent reports that tie conversations confirmed the harmony of the British, French, and Russian views.
RADICALS' COMPLAINT. London August 26. Hie Radicals intend to call tihe attention of Parliament to King EdWard's personal activity in dealing with foreign affairs.
