INGLEWOOD BOWLING CLUB.
The annual general meeting of tlie Inglewood Bowling Club was lleld on Tuesday night. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mr. W. E. Percival; vice-president, Mr. H. Humphrey j committee, Messrs. Leslie, Allen, oti'rrey, Wilson, and the president, vicepresident, and secretary; match committee, Messrs. Humphrey and Percival.
It was decided to hold a meeting in about a month's time for the purpose of considering the advisability ot admitting lady members. During the evening Messrs. G. W Bennett and H. W. Cottier, the winners of the handicap pairs, weiv pre seated witti medals, and Mr. the winner of the championship singles, with n set of bowls. Seven now members were elected.
The green is now the full size, and shows every sign of being in good order for the opening of the season.
