A paragraph published yesterday to the effect that Wliekli had decided not to accept the challenge issued by Tliorougjhgood to row for the championship of Australia has been contradicted by tile Akaroa correspondent of the Lyttelton Times, who states that Wheich lias now decided to accept the challenge, and the stakes Ihave been subscribed by Akaroa residents.
