Andrew Collins, ,1.1'., member of tho Conciliation i!u;il'd for Wellington district, and general secretary of the Wellington Operative linker*'* Union, is id l>e prosecuted by the Labor Department before the Arbitration Court next week for having, it is alleged, aided anil libelled the recent strike of bakers in His city. He will be charged with a breach of the bakers' award. Aboui forty oilier persons will be prosecuted for various breaches of the same award. I
