■By 'ielegraph.— Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court to-day judgment was given in Hie ease Foist' /tinl I'arker, trustees and executors of the will of William Parker, v. John Judd. Pbiintill's claimed that they had paid oil a mortgage to defendant by paving tlw money to one Henry .Stratton Izard] solicitor, who they allege was defendant's agent. Izard made away with this and other trust moneys, for which' crimes he was sentenced to a term of imprisonment. Judge Chapman said it ■was one of those disputes which inevitably arose between innocent, parties when a solicitor or agent had been guilty of fraud. He gave judgment for defendant with'costs.
