FEAIIS OF A BREAKDOWN. Received 9, 4.15 p.m. • Sydney, August i). The steamers Komura and Lord Stanley are overdue from the north. It ;s believed one of them lias broken down, and that the other is towing. Received 10, 0.45 a.m. Sydney, August !>. 'iilie steamer Noorebar passed the Seal Roeks to-day towing the Komura to Newcastle and signalled that the Komura broke three propeller blades iti the late gales.
