SYDNEY ISOLATED. Received 4, 0.47 a.in. Sydney, August 3. A violent gale is raging, with drenching rain. Telegraphic communication is disorganised. Sydney is practically isolated. For the week ending to-day 13% inches of rain has fallen in Sydney. The whole State has experienced Splendid rains.
