MILITARY BARRACKS BURNT.
■ EXPLOSION OF A MAUAZLNE. 23 CASUALTIES. Received 3, 11.40 p.m. , Pekiu, August 3. The German military barracks at IVkin have been burnt. The small-arms' magazine exploded. The artillery magazine was saved with great difficulty Three soldiers were Killed and 20 Wounded.
