DUNEDIN LOAN PROPOSALS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A poll was taken to-day on the City Council's proposal to raise £130,000 for various works. Though the voting was |»oor, the whole of the proposals were carried, that for the Town liall meeting with the most opposition. For this 767 votes were cast in favor and' 668 against, giving a majority of 199.
