A swingle-tree on one of the leading horses broke, and {ater the driver was thrown from his oox. He fell between the two shatters and was unable to regain his seat. The iiorses, finding themselves pmctically free, commenced to gallop/but had only gone a few yards when one of the leaders fell, stopping the coach and' bringing the other iiorses to a standstill. - There were five passengers in tUe coach, but fortunately no one was uurt If the coach had proceeded about another twenty yards it is stated the Xesult would probably have been serious.
