Sir,—l would be glad if you will kindly allow me to express through your columns on behalf not only of the executive of the ltoberts' ltelief Eund, but of the whole of the {Stratford people as well our deep appreciation of the efforts ui' the Taranalu Harrison Baud who organised the benefit concert held lust Thursday night, the performers who took part in same and the public of New Plymouth who assisted in making it so conspicuous a success. i can assure you, Sir, that (he warm-hearted sympatiiv which has been extended to Mr. Thus, lioberts and family by the Garrison Band and the people of l\ew Plymouth will long be remembered with feelings of gratitude by the Stratford people.— I am, etc.,
