RECORD FINE QUASHED.
I THE STANDARD OIL CASE. Received 22, 10.2 p.m. New York, July 22. The United States Circuit Court of Appeal quashed the twenty-nine million dollars line against tbe Standard Oil Company, and ordered a re-trial. The Court held that Judge Landis committed irregularities, and was wrong in basing the fine on the wealth of lluU parent company instead of on the capital of the Standard Oil Company of Indiana.
