LABOR AND "THE TRADE."
Wellington, Thursdav. At the annual meeting of the Vew Zealand Licensed Victuallers' Association today the following resolution was passed:—That members of this Association, in annual session assembled, 'lmve learned with deep regret that the statement has been made to the Trades and Labor Conference, now sitting in Wellington, "that it was 1111 instruction to the executive ..f the Licensed Victuallers' Association to make an unanimous stand against labor"; also, "that the Licensed Victuallers' Association ie'. hostile to labor."
